Labor Day weekend wrap-up
6 September 07 · 2:08 amIn documenting the craziness that was my Wednesday night, I totally skipped over Labor Day weekend, during which I met Meggan (and Daniel!). One of the reasons I love the internet is how it can make the world a little smaller. I keep forgetting to warn people, however, that I am the Worst Tour Guide Ever (sorry about last summer, Jesse!). Inevitably, hanging out with me will equal us getting lost, unless the other party happens to have a fantastic sense of direction. Or a decent supply of maps. We still made the most of it though, packing in a visit to Ritual Roasters, Golden Gate Park, and Cafe Gratitude (thanks for the recommendation, Buzz!), amongst other places. And as always, I’m relieved when I meet people I’ve only known online and they don’t respond with something along the lines of, “You seemed much cooler on the internet.”
